Venkata Srikanth Varma Datla

Venkata Srikanth Varma Datla is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the Department of Computer Science and Prof. Emanuele Panizzi as his advisor and his research focuses on Context-Aware User-Experiences in many applications such as Smart Parking, Mobility and other aspects in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. His research also focuses on designing User-Interfaces and Digital Experiences for Web and Mobile platforms while implementing visual and interaction design principles, ux design principles and responsive design.

He worked as a Research Assistant at the Sapienza University of Rome in the field of Human-Computer Interaction where his research was focused mainly on Smart Parking. He conducted extensive literature research on Smart Parking and has developed new Smart Parking Applications.

He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Sapienza University of Rome where he did his master’s thesis on the topic “Smart Parking Solutions for Intelligent Transport Systems.”, where he analyzed the existing academic research published between the years 2018 and 2019, categorize the findings and gave his perspective on the topic of “Smart Parking” which could aid in future research.

He did his Bachelor’s degree in India, where his education was mainly focused on Mathematical Foundations of Computer Science, Data Structures, Operating Systems, and Embedded Systems and his Bachelor’s report was on Designing Web Applications.
